is busking legal in Sardinia for none EU?

Hi there, does anyone know if I can busk legally in Sardinia, (or illegally but without dreadful consequences)? I don't have an EU passport. thanks in advance for any tips concerning good locations there.

I haven't performed in Sardinia, but I've busked much of Italy with very few problems. The problems I have had were nothing to do with citizenship, and more local ordinances and individual polizie. Scuttlebutt on Sardinia is really positive, have a successful time!

My advice is stick to small cities, towns and villages and forget big cities (too much competition) if you hit a village and park by the church on Sunday or in the main drag, and make sure you ask the police properly for their okay, you should do fine.

And smaller places usually have no ordinances so are bound by the goodwill of the police and the national constitution and EU charter rights which are artist friendly.
