Hi, are they issuing buskers permits again in Seattle Center? A fellow face-painter was recently approached by security guard and told to get a free buskers permit - but they stopped issuing them a while ago after the clown's lawsuit, so does anybody know if the guard just did not know that - or the rules changed again? Thanks!

Just goes to show that enforcemner officials are not necessarily the best source of information about your (First Amendment) right to express yourself in public in the USA.
