Aint that simple, mate. You ever worked Melbourne? She had shitty rules before, but nobody was enforcing them. During and after the Commonwealth Games in '06, they got a bit more fascist and there was one goit that had a real Judge Dread complex, inspecting the permits. It got a bit more relaxed for a while, but seems to have flared up a little. I'll agree, (as much as I love him!) Manx can be a bit of a "rebel without a clue", but I honestly think that in this particular instance, they got his balls in a juicer and it aint fair.
