Was thinking of stopping through on my way North this Summer. Anyone know the "skinny" on the riverfront??

You know I do! You can work on river st. There is a City market area there as well just a few blocks from River st. That might be a little better for Circle shows. Be sure to have some Avon ''skin so soft'' for the no seeums they are real bad there even in the day time.Jeep

Just got off the phone with the people at Leisure Services, they give the permits for the Riverfront.
I was informed that they are not interested in any "out-of-towners" performing there. You must be a resident of Chatham County, Ga.

If you push them hard and pull out the "First Amendment Rights" card, they'll grudgingly give it to you. They may also say that they've given out the max number of permits, but that's BS.

I just got here a few days ago from out of town, and had no problem getting a permit.
