Fete L'Humour Monmartre, Paris- video-op and questions

Hey, we are doing a video about Parade and costumes at the Festival of Humor in Monmartre this saturday oct 9th, if anybody is street performing there - let me know, we'll get a shot of you, you'll be able to see it on youtube. I also have a question about rules and regulations for street performers in Paris, so I do not get arrested painting faces at the festival. Thanks to Evan's post I will bring my passport, I do not have time to sit in jail, just passing through town... Peace-Luv and Happiness! Irina

Nobody bothered me at all, I was painting faces all day, it's a great festival! They have a parade of winaries and give away samples of wines, and there are marching bands and giant puppets, huge crowds!
