Cops are harrassing musicians in the Quarter for playing after 8pm.

Those laws about playing after 8 were put in place 'bout 82. They just haven't been enforcing them. The cops would run us off Bourbon St. every night at 8. Mary Howell is the attorney there that can straighten that out.She is a civil rights attorney that specializes in street performers. She helped us, many times there over the years.
