Dundas Square Toronto?

Anyone work this recently or hear anything recently? We're in Toronto in mid-July and thinking about doing the 7-day visitors permit and working for a few days. We're a big circle show with amplification and an aerial rig (though it's a fast set-up and we share nicely )

Is it decent? Hassles from the homeless? Too many walk-offs?

We are checking on whether there are any special events shutting the area down, too.

The management at Dundas Square is happy to have good shows perform there when the Square is not booked for private events. You need to call ahead and check. They would love to have you gals when it fits their schedual.
That said it is the Canadian equivalent of working Times Square, major distractions from giant TV screens everywhere. I don't work there unless I am on a gig and every time I have a good time doing shows but in the back of mind is "thank god I am not busking this show." You do really big shows and get terrible walk-offs.... but still not too too bad, just bad... a little discouraging really...
