Never been to Coffs Harbour before but I have gone down on australia a couple of times. I made a pact to the USA dancers that I would boycott until they got paid or came up with enough money to hire my elite team of ninja midgets to take care of the ringleaders. I stand behind you Tim for your efforts on hashing it out with the city. Its all about showing positive benefits of busking to the city, and making them realize that busking is a cultural commodity, Convincing some one who sits behind a desk that we are not beggars is tough. Most likely cause their life sucks, and we live freely.

i have my policy lamenated and in my case and it works amazing when approached my the law. Shows that you care about them and have respect for the public, not to mention its a game they are used to playing.
