F.Y.I. The Royal Adelaide Hospital is just across the park from the Fringe site. They used to have "visiting family rooms" in the nurses residence available for around $25/ night.

ooops, sorry alex, I didn't mean to post that info in this thread... (although it is a good lead...) a friend was asking about places to stay in Adelaide on a different site, all I saw when I replied to your thread was the title, assumed it was him and replied.
You should have no problem getting "tenants" especially once you are there.
