    Pitch - Google earth database

    Hey guys,
I just had an idea, hope you gonna like it.
Google earth allowed us to create some placemark and share them.
Wouldn't it be a good idea to create a database with the famous pitch ? That way, as soon as we arrived in a new city, we would just have to go on google earth (computer, iphone, blackberry...) to find the places to go !
I've already add a few of them, but I havn't travelled a lot (yet) and my personnel database isn't really big !
But if we all add a few of them, it will easily getting bigger and bigger, and it will be a very usefull tool !
This is the file I've done myself with a few cities (Vancouver, London, Paris, Amsterdam, Brussels, Sydney)
Have a look, and tell me what you think !

That should help you add to it...

What do I need to open a KMZ file?

What a great Idea, Daniel to post that map thanks. But there are a zillion places to work. It appears that anyone can just post a pitch where they've worked on that map. Is that correct?

For the KNZ file, you need google earth installed on you computer !
But actually, the google map link is even better ! Easier to share the file, and everybody can add their own pich !

It's a great idea - both street performers and grateful audience can do that. This will really promote of the idea of street performers being great for tourism, and may end up in better guidelines for street performers at the organised pitches, and popping up of the new pitches - thsi is really good. We will have to see how to promote this - so more prople look for street performing pitches on earth - instead of oil mines and places of latest war news....Thank you so much.
