Haven't worked there, but I've talked to people that have. Check Mcdonalds there. It's the neatest!

Asheville is wide open, no permit needed, but can't use amplifier or block the street. Other than that, you are cool. Ashville is a great town. Come about this time of the year there are quite a few buskers mostly musicians hitting the streets. I was in town a couple of weeks ago and the town was quite busy with buskers.

Dallas are you going to be in town for this event?
