    Clearwater Hospitality...

Just got back from a brief visit to Pier 60 at Clearwater beach, Florida. Palm trees and sugary white sand... my idea of paradise.
Although my visit was short i was instanly welcomed by the local performers and vendors. Dallas the fire guy is definatley a top notch pro at what he does and was vary welcoming to me.
The local vendors where awsome as well; Maria braided the night away, Dave rocks when it comes to spray painting, Nick and the family are good people not to mention a great glass artist, Tina added style with the henna, mark turning people into cartoons and my favorite performer was steve the "alien" , a must see at pier 60.

I'm looking forward to my next visit with the crew at clearwater beach and would recommend that pitch to any busker passing through.

      THANKS

Thanks man!!! We try to show some good old Southern hospitality.

The Beach is incredible right now, as I'm sure it is down in the Keys. Fat hats, warm weather, 6 shows a day, what more can you ask for???

I spent four days in beautiful NOLA, my brother lives in Jefferson Parish and spent some time chattin' with Valentino. Word on the street is that Tom really messed up there.

Miles and Checkers, Dragon Master Showcase all where seen working the holiday crowds.

        Hey, Dallas --

Sorry you didn't give me a shout-out when you passed thru NOLA. Its been (and will continue to be for the immediate future) to dmnd cold here for the Glassharper to hit the street in the evening. Why the H. didn't I think to take a January vacation in Florida?!!

Best regards and expect to see me next time I pass thru!

            ahhhhhhhhhhhh

People are starting to arrive, the weather can't be beat, and I just got off the phone with Klown and he and the boyz are headin' South!!!

SuperBowl time is fastly approaching and I look forward to hangin with you guys!!

Nick, Chris The BuckeMan, The USA Brakdancers and myself will be at Pier 60.

All this past weekend I was able to pull off 4 shows a day and tonight I did 3.

Going over to SpeedWeek in Daytona for a few days and then to a paid gig in Ft. Lauderdale. Might try Clematis By Night in West Palm first though.

Then, I'm headin' to the South East Texas Mardi Gras for 3 days for a paid gig, but I'll be in NOLA for Monday and Fat Tuesday. I haven't been to Mardi Gras since I was stationed at Keesler AFB in Biloxi back in the '80's.

Peter, i'll try to find ya and say hi. I looked for at on Christmas eve, but my wife was in the shoppin mood, so we played tourists.

My brother moved from Hawaii to Jefferson Parish (Riverside/Kenner)

I hope everyone is having a good Winter and hats are fat!!!
