    Lincoln Rd. Miami Beach

Anyone worked this in the last several months??? I just performed at the Woodstock Art and Craft Show in Sunrise and went down to Lincoln Rd. just to skate around and check it out.

The place was packed!! I only saw one statue.

I spoke with a cop and he said it's like playin' roulette with code enforcement.
I performed the last 8 years at Art Deco Weekend and was looking at possibly going down early.

        permit required

they give out 12 permits per quarter for street performers. Unfortunately for you, no animals can be used in performance. But, you can still go play the banjo there, and do balloons.

The permit is for Lincoln Rd., I'm still trying to see if you need one for the rest of the beach...

          just spoke with city

As of right now, there is no permit needed to work on Ocean Dr. you just need to be on the beach side of the street. In the park area.

However, on December 12th they are having a council meeting to get a permit sysytem in place for that area also.

You MUST have permit for Lincoln Rd.
