i'm at the State Fair of Louisiana this year. Anyone know of any busking spots in Shreveport??? I plan on going to N.O. for a few days, but was wandering if there is anything closer.

That place is as broke as Flint, MI man, I wouldn't do anything there that ended in asking for money.

There's some really gorgeous statues of blues players downtown tho, you should check them out.

Hey guys, you can work at the revel festival area in Shreveport and at west in in Dallas where I did pretty good. I can,t place it now it seems there is a new place to work in the Dallas area. Hope all,s well see you soon.

There's a massive club area in Dallas where you could get a gig I bet, for the night or something, let me check some Dallas friends for names of places

Dallas I played that revel river festival sometime some time about 1976 and I did real good. There is some place just east of Dallas somewhere that one can busk. Good luck.

'bout 10 years ago, when i just started doing street shows, i spent a few hours juggling down by the West End Mall. Near a Planet Hollywood.

was wondering about an area to do circle shows.

I have Mondays and Tuesdays off from the State Fair.

Dallas I worked there as well about 10 years ago . Did you see me , I didn't see you? ... Oh, You know what Sonny Holiday told me!!!!! Gazzo's back in K.W. and he told me he heard Sonny had gotten him self in to a fix. Some thing like , he got beat up, robbed, lost his pass port etc... anyone know any info on this. He was some where in Europe ( or over seas somewhere.)Which state fair are you talking ? I believe Mark Riggs works the Texas State Fair?
