    United Kingdom Pitches

    Greetings

Although ive worked a fair number of pitches arond the world in the last year or so. I havent really worked much in the UK, but am planning on doing so in July of this year.
I was hoping we could compile a wee list of desent pitches and what the draw/regulations are.
The Kids go out of school end June - so thats prime season until begining of Sept
I know streeties like to keep things a little close to their chests, but this is a forum, so, here goes - I'll start with what little I know:
Bath: Main Pitch - Outside cafe, in square, by the Baths. Performance schedule 1st come 1st play. Sunday 1st show midday-ish (due to Church service) Other days whenever?. Names scribbled on a list stuck in the fence on the pitch. No restrictions on Dangerous objects or permits required (as far as I know!). The cafe does get abit pissed with TMG and his chainsaws at times, so I hear.
Other pitches - lots of pedestrianised shopping centre - so presumably possible to do smaller walk-by statue anywhere (have never tried though)
Bristol: Never worked it. Theres a pitch near the Discover center. No idea of regs/draw etc..
    London: Covent Garden+ London Eye(see http://www.performers.net/forums/sho...&threadid=6230)
    and http://www.performers.net/forums/sho...ight=Edinburgh
(OOpps that may be this thread, but I only found whilst searching to help this one - Mod if you want me to move let me know)
Edinburgh (during Fringe): 3 PItches from 11-6 (ish). Regs:You need Public Liability and theoretically to fill out an online form (check the Fringe site) The draws at 10am, in a place thats hard to find the 1st time!! contact via website
Thats about it.....As I say havent worked my home country much!!
I hope this isnt breaking some kinda unwritten, code of silence. But then I never did like following rules. The website is here to help us all out. I hope this little start helps.
    See ya'll out there
    Heavy hats
