need busking lawyer in Florida

I was told by a police officer in Venice, Florida
that I would be ARRESTED if I play my violin for tips
on PRIVATE propery (even with verbal or written
permission from the owner).

This happened at a Publix Food Store.

I hardly ever have trouble with any police officer on
private property but this has happened a few times in
the past.

I have purchased city permits (in other cities)in the past when
required for playing on city property.

Are you, or do you know of any lawyers with
experience in this
matter? In Florida and Michigan
