Well he ain't out yet. There is a continuance by the state to see how much this really good trick cost them. The board and city last week permernontly suspended him from Mallory square,I chose not to vote on that issue. Dallas maybe you can find him a spot up there?

just now talked to Rondini ,I guess he won, he got out first. He said he would be back to work tonite. He said he saw Michael Patrick a couple of days ago and he would be getting out on the 20th I guess time served. He also said Michael had got him self a job with Chris Angle in Las Vegas. A lot of do do on the pier again,performers want to fire pier mgr. Venders want to fire asst. pier mgr. Just a whole lot of unrest on the pier now. Last 2 weeks for old board so not much will happen till new board is elected in 2 weeks . A few more performers on the pier now I guess waiting for winter season, not a lot of tourist yet.
