I suggest if you are up north and want to avoid certain hassles associated with the street (even though street seems to be your namesake...) find some bars that you can do walkaround in. That's what I do in that situation and it works really well for me at least. The city can't say shit if you have permission from the bar owners. Charleston is a friendly town as far as that goes or at least it was last time I was there. You can ALWAYS make a buck if you can adapt you know...Comment
