    Italian/French Riviera 2006

    Hey everyone,

me and some friends are going to be traveling to the Italian
and French rivieras next summer and we were wondering
if anyone knows the best towns to hit for some busking.

also if anyone knows of any street festivals going on in June that
we should try to attend while we're there that would be great.

we're a bunch of jugglers, musicians, magicians, and fire eaters.
I've busked in Italy before, but not in that area, I speak ok italian and a couple of my friends speak french and spanish..

    thanks for any info!

    hey there paul...
i can tell you all the details you need about working the italian riviera... the exact spot on the pitch, what time to begin, where to park, the cheapest place to eat and buy beer, etc. etc...
but before that i gotta see if you are a nice guy or not... so send me an email with a good stuffed artichoke recipe and i might just think about it...
i'm living in france now so i just might be able to help you out there as well, i just gotta think of another good recipe to ask for...
    super simpatico man

i know a good one, you take fresh artichokes peel the edges and de beard but leave some of the stalk stuff with breadcrums, mint, almonds, parsley, garlic. moisten the stuffing with a little olive oil and white wine then stuff away, bake in oven that is moderate.
I may not be the originator of this thread but I am keen on info as I am planning to be in france around febuary next year for a wee bit of a poke around so any info you may have would be great.
ps also know a great recipie for stuffed capsicums and stuffed pumpkin.
