    Pitching In Canada

Hi does any one no what the score for tacking your show into Canada. I am from the UK the last thing I want is trouble at customs when I arrive in Canada, saying that it is only three cups and three balls.

They just wanted me to leave my motorhome at the border. Didn't even ask about the show equipment. Some silly law about a canadain not being allowed to drive an americain plated vehicle in Canada. Despete the fact it's registered and insured in my name. Either way I wouldn't worry about cups and balls, say your coming over to show me how the magic stuff works.

      Parking

      Stickman,

Where are you? I couldn't bring my car across either. Hmmm, maybe we should start a parking garage. Fill me in

        Just outside Toronto

        Hey Chris.

They eventually gave me a 45 day permit to drive in Canada, with the intent to transfer the plates to Canadain. Of course it means I'll be paying 10x the price of insurance for the same coverage. Aircare isn't an issue, because of the year. They waived all the import duties as well. Really they were trying to help out within the stupid laws. Next time I have to find a non Canadain driver, to drive my motorhome around Canada. That would be legal, a Canadain isn't aloud to drive an americain vechicle in Canada.

Considering selling it, and flying off again.

Might find a non canadain to tour my own country with that way.
