here's the site www.istf.be I think it's probably would be too late to get booked, many acts just go there busking though and I think it's accepted and even supported by the orginisers.
Most of the festivals in Europe tend to start booking around January. Some earlier some later. Netherlands has some later season ones that might still be booking(at least I keep my fingers crossed that their not just ignoring me) and Italian festivals are probably the most laid back when it comes to finalising everything.
i forgot to mention in my other post about europe scene that Germany is going through a recesion and a few of the festivals aren't even happening this year.
I bet you've been a busy lad with all that other info I posted last week.
    Good luck with it all.
Maybe we'll cross paths somewhere, I'd like to check out your show, cause you seem to have a good attitude and I book acts for a festival here in Zagreb. It's in June, but we're already booked up for this year.

        stuff

You can get a hold of Frank for an update on the Amsterdam scene through his site www.superfrank.com I haven't heard any new developments lately.
Rotterdam is a good gig, at least it was when I did it in 2000. Great crowds, and great hats!! Alas I didn't come away with the golden cobble though.
France, haven't worked it, but did visit once and decided I wouldn't work it untill I had proficient french, because most of them will pretend not to understand english. Still haven't got round to learning any !
There's some info about busking in paris somewhere in this section, Ettiene lists some possible pitches. There's also info on France in general I think on the 2nd or 3rd page.
These are 2 fests i know people go to busk at and try and make contacts.
August Festival d'Aurillac - Festival international de théâtre de rue Aurillac
        July Festival d'Avignon - Avignon
The exact dates for those 2 you'll find at www.circostrada.org along with a wealth of others.

        Happy hunting
