festivals in san fran

I'm gonna be in the san fran and LA area, and wondering if any one knows of any festivals running from the 16th to the 31st in that area. I've also never done street there is it good in san fran since the warf shut down, or has it really shut down.

Going to be in LA for Gazzos last nite at the Castle...and be in America for the regulatory 90 days...(to begin with...)Second the request...pitches in LA...anyone...
