Hello,
Matt Scott here wanting to know if you know or know someone who does know if there are any regulations I should know about before trying to Busk in Cologne. I'm the Windy mans (Wayne) brother who is also a Winged Man sometimes.
I am still based in Barcelona and apart from big circle shows which would do well in front of the gothic cathedral here, there is still a plague of Statue types who seem to reign on the Rambla due to space restrictions. However, there is nothing official still.
