Mallory Square Fl.
I am just starting out in performing and I want to move to a new location, a warm location. I am considering Mallory Suare but I would like other opinions. It is based on a lottery systems which I am ok with but, all of the old timers get firts grabs on everything and I don't know if it is worth it. [img]cool.gif[/img]

Give it a try, but rents are crazy this time of year. Drive a van, erban camp. Don't worry about the old guys performance wise. Watch your back if you draw consistant crowds. Be nice to the venders they call the shots. Start off kissing the right asses, seems easy? Be ready to crawl through some #$!%. Good luck. -
Hi Scott, ringon is right in all the he/she says. The venders look after the pitch throught a commity. BUT bare in mind that the summer is coming and most performers go for the summer. I just spent 2 summers in Key West and in the main summer monthes there was only about 7 performers a night there. So that makes it very very workable for all. Even if you pull a low number you still get a good pitch.
