Annapolis/Baltimore/DC
greetings,
I'm new to busking (have only passed the hat a couple of times at the Annapolis city dock and am currently re-working my show based on lessons learned there) and was wondering about good performing spots in Baltimore and DC (i'll be living in DC for a couple of months over the summer) and about local laws/cop attitudes towards street performers.
