Anyone know what the rules are for downtown Atlanta? Seen some really awful stuff there.

Atlanta Underground is closed for busking. You can work in Olympic Park, but you need to ask for the permission of the management. There are a lot of festivals in Atlanta, but they all want you to contact them in advance.
