I know people tend to not be too loose-lipped about sharing job opportunities, but I'm going to ask anyway with the preface that I am a veritable freak-of-nature and chances are likely that we would never be competing for the same type of job.
I'm applying for my version of p.art this time around not comedy.

I'm working up a decent list of Canadian fests and putting that in order, but want to be in Europe this year as well and know very, very little about fests.

This is where I need serious help. It's so much bigger than starting with a google search. I'm getting somewhere with it, but very slowly.

If anyone wants to send me messages or post some names, I'd be ever-so-more than grateful and might even chalk a caricature of you in pavement some day as a thanks. ...MIGHT. ...maybe.

Well, at all the busking/street performing fests I've been to in europe I've never seen a pavement artist included.
I'll put together a list for you anyway if you like.
I think Peter is going to have the best info for you though.

Now, take this list with a grain of salt. You'll notice I started it a couple years ago and the dates probably aren't all accurate... Most of them have links associated with them, but they didn't copy and paste over and I don't have time to add them all. Google. That's probably what I did to find them.
Like I said, I haven't sifted through all of these so I don't really know what's what.
