Unbelievable. One of the most amazing and rewarding experiences I have had in my career. Many great performers, the audiences were huge and very responsive .

      October Trip

I am performing in China for the first time in October. Any tips or suggestions?

      Thanks!

go with the flow and have a great time...you will be along with a great group.

Work out your show to be more physical than language based. Work out music to be used in your show.

Make sure that your music choices are universally appealing and not offensive.

Try the dog...it should be in season.*
(*for the record I did not actually try the dog, but some performers did. look at the pictures to help you define what the food is)
I tried a lot of the indigenous(sp?) foods and am happy to have experienced.

Do not drink the water...only bottled water...seriously...
da lot of people even stayed away from ice and water based drinks...but I thought that was a bit extreme.

        more to come...
