I made a big mistake today that cost a kid her front tooth.
I've seen a lot of reckless stuff happen in street shows that shouldn't happen. It's easy to get cocky about safety, but the fact is that even if you made things safer, it can still go wrong, and you are responsible. Being reckless with other people's safety is selfish and irresponsible.
I'm changing my show so that this never can possibly happen again. I'm so frustrated with myself that I didn't recognize and address the possible hazard sooner.
