    More Questions!!!

    Hi,
I am considering putting together a new project in interviewing street performers(NOT predominantly magicians). Street performers who are at the top of their game and are quite rightly experts. Performers who earn all, if not a large part, of their income from working the street. An interesting topic Im sure. My question is this...

What questions would you like answered, what would it intrique you to know(and Im not talking about hat size...),

What would interest you to hear,

Would the background(type of show, history etc) of an international busker be as interesting as what they have to say on drawing a crowd their way!!!

All questions will be considered...(again apart from 'hat size')

Dig deep and either PM me, leave a comment here or email me at myjob500@hotmail.com

Not at liberty to divulge who the 'performers' are, but I will say that its not (as mentioned above) predominantly magicians.

    Any input would be appreciated
Looking forward to hearing from you guys...

    Cheers

Here are some ideas to start off with:

      1) What makes street performing different and/or better than indoor performing? Can you give any examples of specific shows where special moments occurred by being outdoors?

      2) What jobs where you doing before you started street performing? What would you be doing now if you were not a street performer?

      3) What is it about your character or personality that suits you to being a street performer?

      4) Describe what your perfect street pitch or festival would be like if you could have it just the way you like.

      5) Have you ever had an encounter with the police while street performing? What was it like?

        Hi Rex,

Thanks for your questions, got quite a stack of them and still they come. Im looking at getting this project up and out there in the next couple of months and although I work on the streets myself and have questions, its good to hear what 'our' community' wold like to have asked. Thanks once again

        Best Regards

        James James

          1) Do you travel or do you stick to one pitch?
          2) Do you book festivals &etc. ahead of time, or do you just show up and set up?
          3) How has your show evolved over time?
          4) Who are your heroes, from whom have you learned?
