Why does this performer make so much money?

Generally I find this busker down at the mall. He rides a BMX bike and does all kinds of tricks. People put money in and then he does a couple of tricks, he makes a fiarly big crowd. Roughly, he makes about 200-300$ (AUD). The thing that I find weird is that He doesnt even talk but some how turns the crowd in?

Yes Dallas Pat is a really great performer, but I think he is in Montreal, Canada. I wish he could come back and work here, but C.P. S. ran him off ,I think for trying to beat up Mark Riggs 3 or 4 years ago. When you coming down/?
