Carrying a sideshow on my back...

Hey everyone. I am a pretty new to everything. I am a sideshow performer. I have a bed of nails and a large suitcase full of broken glass.

My question is, does anyone have any ideas of how to transport my bed of nails for when I begin to work on the street? Some kind of rigging? I love doing the tricks, but it's awkward as hell trying to get it all out there.

I saw a guy who had a bed of nails that was 2 seperate halves. He would pack it by putting 1 half on top of the other so the nails weren't exposed then put it on a luggage trolley with his other gear.

Switching to aluminum nails will make it lighter.

We traveled with one for awhile - took out the nails and put them in a bucket, carried the two boards separately, and then putting it together was a bit of a draw. Eventually, though, more trouble than it was worth.

When I am at a venue where I have to move my show around a lot, I just bring a moving dolly. All of my props have the same footprint, so the whole show can be packed up in a 2'x4' space.
Fits very nicely on a dolly.
Although something as simple as a wagon might be nice.
How about a wagon with a bed of nails built onto the top?
Just thinking...
