Sound systems/karioke

Hiya! I have this idea for a singing act with music. Someone suggested I use a quality karioke machine, and that sounds like a good idea, but this act requirees I have my hands free. I saw some really nice wireless mics and headsets online. Cna these work with karioke machines? Is there a sound system that has a free-hands mic AND can play background music?

Any decent wireless mic( should work for you. (shure/sennheiser etc.) When it plugs into the karaoke machine, it will just be another mic.

i can't say enough about the samson airline mic!!!! although i did experience some problems in the beginning, the people at samson were very helpful in making sure that their equipment worked well.
