Day Care Centers

OK, I am trying to reach the Day Care Center market. I am a clown, magician, balloon Air-tist and face painter. In other words a children's entertainer. I have done a couple of Day Care Centers and have gotten GREAT reviews from the directors and been rebooked. My question is how do you market to this venue? Anyone else out there tried the Day care market?

Day care centers have to be registered (i think) with local authorities.
They would therefore have a public database with Info, re size address etc.
Take that info and put it through a socio-economic sieve that refines it to daycare centers with possible budgets.
Send them all a three minute vid designed to entertain the kids, or teach them something or however you pitch it.
If they want you in person charge a fee and if not write the cost of the video off as a marketing mistake/exercise/learning experience/group non-hug.
