Vancouver Performer looking for Vancouver Performer Partner

are you fun? young? Positive? Creative?

I'm her ein Vancouver and I'm looking for a partner to inspire and encourage me to do more projects together. I have a few bits of solo pieces that I can do, but i'm looking for a friend who'd either do a duo with me or just encourage each other during our developmental process. Practicing is hard when you're by yourself!

For those who read this thread...any tips on how to do a lot of solo training....My problem is I don't get motivated because there are no people watching and i can't practice for anyone....

    Hip,

Cool stuff on your website. Very interesting array of medium. What sort of venues do you perform in? It seems like you offer such varied genres that it would be difficult to combine them.

As for inspiration, the Internet is a poor substitute for a live body, but often it is the best one can do... You can always create some media and post it to try it out to a cyber audience. In many ways, that is a new and somewhat undiscovered audience. Many sites offer ongoing, or serial shows. Most of the time, they are animated (like homstarrunner.com or joecartoon.com) but there isn't any reason that it couldn't be live or video media instead.

Hit some workshops this summer - check out http://www.celebrationbarn.com for some ideas. It is a great place to go for inspiration!
