Juggling Knives

I was at fanieul hall yesterday and I saw a guy juggling knives. I thought this wasnt allowed at fanieul hall?

My understanding on Fanueil is that knives are allowed but no fire.

Fire used to be allowed too, but then after time was only allowed at Fanueil special events like street performers festivals, then that was denied after I believe a performer lit his face on fire by eatting a torch immediately after doing a blast.

Perhaps they told you no knives because you look too dangerous ;o)

I have not worked Fanueil so I do not konw the full details.

Last year when I played with Stefan Paridaen in Belgium, Antwerpen our street show, we could read in our licence that it was not allowed to involve fire in your show. An amplifier was illegal too, but all the artists there were still using it.
My experience is juggling knifes looks dangerous to the audience, but it isn't so it is allright, always, everywhere.
