Wow, that Sydney Council sure has it all laid out! Probably be useful to anyone seeking to institute busking conditions in their own city.

        Sydney busker in the news

The latest Column 8 news, articles, data, and analysis from The Sydney Morning Herald

        from the Column 8 column:

"Last Sunday, passengers on a Mortdale-bound train, including James Cartwright of Wattle Grove, were treated to an impromptu solo performance by a very professional young busker. "If you want to," she began, "please put some money in at the end. If not, have a good afternoon." She then sang in fine style between Town Hall and Central and was well rewarded for her efforts before moving downstairs for a repeat performance. "OK, there's probably some railway by-law against it," suggests Cartwright, "but it certainly helped brighten up an afternoon of train confusion.""
