Frank Simon RIP

This is a belated notice that Frank Simon passed away Oct 12, 2013 in Las Vegas from a sudden cardiac arrest. Frank was a street performer until the end. Many may know him from his days at Key West's Sunset Celebration. There are many photos and shared memories on his FaceBook page which is being maintained by a friend. He will be missed.
