Nigerian scams on HOTMAIL and YAHOO

I do not like admitting doing dumb things, but may be this can protect others from doing the same dumb thing...If you get an e-mail from Hotmail or Yahoo management (Windows.Live.Team or Yahoo.Live.Team) asking you to verify your information - do not respond! This is a Nigerian scam - they send you very official looking e-mail with official looking address - and when you reply to them it looks like it went to Hotmail customer service department. They immidiately reset your password and send e-mails "EMERGENCY' to all your address book, telling your friends a story how you are helping children with AIDS in Nigeria, and you lost you luggage and need money ASAP, and to send it Western Union to Your name!!! It happened to me with Hotmail - and another friend of mine with Yahoo. Now I am in a negotiations with REAL Microsoft HOTMAIL ID service trying to get my account back as I have 10 years of contacts in my address book, and I do not want to loose it, it is not that easy... I am very grateful to Jim, he helped me to reset my web-site links right away, so I will keep business from my web-site, but it's a real drag! When you travel around the world a lot, people can really believe that you are stuck in Nigeria on a non-profit mission...
