    Alcan

I just drove from Columbia Missouri to Anchorage Alaska with my friend Jim (my web desighner and best freind). It was so f'n cool I can't help but tell you guys a little about it.

In route we saw sand hills in Nebraska, the badlands in S. Dakota, Devils Tower in Wyoming, the Matrix reloaded in Helana Montana, and that's just before we got out of the US.
We were driving a '93 white BMW 325is with tinted windows, so we got pulled over for a drug check in S. Dakota. What a bunch of BS.. The drug dogs were very cute.

Canada was awsome. It was funny how my cell phone didn't get service for about three states with major cities, but did get service in the most unimportant cities ever in Canada.
Dawson Creek is the begining of the Alaska Highway and we spent the night there. We stayed at a Hostle like Inn above a pub, where we were drinking. While there we met a Canadian Gigolo who wanted to pimp us out for the night, a pot dealer in a wheel chair who gave us some product for free, and the cutest punk rock girls (with hot canadian accents) you would never expect to find in a town in the middle of nowhere.

Taking turns, we drove the Alcan strait through. It's incredible. There are lakes half coverd with ice. We saw black and brown bears, elk, caraboo, deer, and porcupines.

The trip seems.... surreal. I could write pages about it.
Working...
