Acorn Productions, producers of the annual Phyzgig festival, seeks variety entertainers for the 13th edition of this family-oriented event to take place in downtown Portland, Maine from December 26 to 31, 2010. All Phyzgig shows take place at either SPACE Gallery or Portland Stage Company, and are variety shows comprised of 3 to 5 artists performing 10 to 20 minutes of material. Artists are paid on a favored nation share system. Some travel reimbursement and housing is available for artists outside Southern Maine.
