STREET PERFORMERS needed for Charity Performance Gala
BIG ART for little minds, a not for profit organization that promotes art education for youths, is looking for street performers for our annual performance gala on Friday Oct 23 2009 at Paramount Event Venue in Vaughan. Please visit www.bigartforlittleminds.com for more info.
We are interested in hearing from mimes, jugglers, acrobats, fire swallowers, magicians, steel drum players (if you drum on something other than a kit) and many more.. we are looking for around 10-12 performers.
You will only be needed for about 25 mins. You will be comped a free ticket to the show (value $200). This includes a full course meal, the show, an open bar and after party. You will also be given 25$ on top of the free ticket.
Last year we had 600 people in attendance and we expect the same this year.
we ask the following:
Have your own transportation and gear if needed
Be a great team player
Be respectful
Be professional
Be on time when asked

Please send as much info as you can. If you include any clips of your performance you will be put on top of the list. So the more the better.
This is a great opportunity to be grouped with some of Toronto and Montreal's finest young artist across all genres and may lead to future performance opportunities.
Under the age of 30 is preferred - but no one reply will be turned away
