Hong Kong- steady work in December

    Hey guys,

Many will remember when I was trying to get the HK Busking Festival together. Well this is not it, I am still working on that one (any sponsors out there?). This is the Tourism Board, they have decided to add buskers to their annual “Winterfest”.
It is a big event and it gets some good crowds. I am one of 3 different producers that have been asked to tender for this. We will produce only the busking section.

We plan for about 15 different acts changing throughout the month. Fri, Sat, Sun in the month of December. Not Christmas weekend or New Years eve. Depending on the act, style and length a daily schedule might look something like this:

    Friday December 7th:

    4:00 - 4:15 Juggler 1
    4:15 - 4:30 Mime
    5:30 - 6:00 Stiltwalkers
    7:00-7:30 Bubble fairy aerial act
    8:30-8:45 Mime
    8:45 -9:30 Juggler1
    10:00-10:30 Stiltwalkers

The venue will be an open park area with a Santa’s Town / Disneyish wonderland thing happening.

In the great wisdom of the Hong Kong Tourism Board they require a complete proposal by mid- next week. So if you want to be involved I gotta know now.
If you are interested please have a look at the artist request (links below) and let me know if you have any questions.

    Warm regards,
