Livefest is the Northwest’s first green music festival. A host of international acts including Alabama 3, Hayseed Dixie and Shack, as well as the cream of local and unsigned talent, will be performing at the one-day event at the University of Liverpool (in and outside of Mountford Hall), on Saturday 11th August.
Livefest is Liverpool’s alternative contribution to a festival season packed with the same line-ups, an event that the whole family can enjoy, with a green outlook supported by Unison and following the principles outlined in their campaign Green Unison, including the use of renewable energy sources, boosting energy efficiency and creating a sustainable and integrated transport policy.
Best of all, you can win a pair of tickets to Livefest, including accommodation for the night and the chance to meet the bands playing. Just enter the competition on the Livefest Myspace!
