FANNING THE CREATIVE FLAME FRINGE & BUSKER FESTIVALS
Riverside Cultural Consortium is casting Fanning the Creative Flame
Fringe Festival, and Fanning the Creative Flame Busker Festival, two
new
avant-garde fringe and street performer festivals that celebrate art,
culture, and heritage in Riverside. Patrick Brien, Fringe prod.,
Janice Penner,
Busker prod. Festivals are Nov. 5 at the Riverside Downtown
Partnership.
Seeking-Performing Groups: all types, including one-act performers,
improv groups, etc.; Street Performers: all types including musicians,
jugglers,
actors, etc.
Auditions for street performers will be held by appt. only Oct. 9,
noon-6 p.m. at the Riverside Marriott, 3400 Market St., Riverside. For
Fringe,
send a description of show as well as video/DVD by Oct. 12 to
Riverside Arts Council, 3485 Mission Inn Ave., 3rd fl., Riverside, CA
92501. To
schedule an audition appt. call (951) 680-1345. For more info, email

hat." Nonunion.
