Covent Garden Street Performers Festival
Hi all - long time no post...
Just a quick note to tell you all about the upcoming Covent Garden Street Performers Festival that will be happening on the Piazza and all around the market on the 24th, 25th & 26th of september.
Most of the festivals held at covent garden in recent years have been very damp-squib like so I'm trying to change that.
It's first time in a long time that a festival has been organised by a real genuine working street performer, so here's the plan - 6 pitches - no competition - just lots of oppotunities to do lots of shows.
If you're in the UK or London area around those dates, you'll be more than welcome to come down and join in!
