Introduction
I'm coming out of lurk mode to introduce myself. I'm Matt Nozzolio. I've been playing bluegrass music (dobro is my main instrument) for the past 11 years and tried solo street performing playing the accordion (primarily Mexican music) last year. I enjoy it immensely and want to play more this year. I'm in the Hartford, CT area, which, fortunately, is close to NYC and Boston. Hartford itself has a policy of allowing street musicians on any public sidewalk or in any public park.
As I mentioned, I play the accordion solo, but I'm wondering if there're any guitar players in the New England/NY area that might want to busk as a guitar-dobro duo. I think that duos make for bigger hats. Anyway, thanks to all who regularly post. I've learned much in these forums.
