I recently had a bad time with mensusa.com. They also have mensitaly.com.
I have been using Zoot Suits as my main costume for 5 years now. I was online and found their site. They have a photo of a real Zoot, so I ordered one. When it came, and I opened the box, I could tell from the second I saw it that it was a fake. I called them immediately, and told them they sold me the wrong suit. They asked a few questions.
'How many buttons does it have?'
Five, I say (Zoot suits have 2 or 3)
'Is the coat long or short?'
It's long, (a zoot suit is not simply a suit with a long coat)
So, they tell me I got a real Zoot Suit, and continue to argue the point. Now, for those of you who don't know what makes a real Zoot, I will give a quick break down.
-Zoots will have what is called a Hollywood waist which 3 inch waistband and has lowered belt loops.
-The pants are super baggy, and begin to taper from the knee down to the ankle.
-The coat has a ovesized double breasted lapel on a single breasted coat with 2 or 3 buttons, and over sized shoulder pads to give a V shape.
I then ask to send it back and have my money refunded. They refused. Their site says 100% satisfaction guaranteed, and they have an unconditional return policy.
I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. In the end, they said the evidence( I sent photos of a real Zoot, and the differences of theirs), was justified to take my money back. I also contacted the Better Business Bureau. They have the BBB in huge letters on their site.
I just wanted all of you to know not to buy from these Frauds.
