The sales office is in Massachusetts, but I think the cases are manufactured in Ohio.
I ordered three new custom cases from them and I am VERY pleased. The sales people were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The cases arrived at my door in under three weeks from the day I placed the order. The price was right and the quality of the cases is tops. I'm off to Edmonton tomorrow so I'll get to test them out in the real world. I'm looking forward to walking through the airport with clean cases I can open with a latch instead of the old duct-taped cardboard boxes I sometimes use.
