Torches and PA Wanted

Looking for 4 to 5 torches preferably not the dube brand, MB, Henry's, or Px3 will do.
I am based in NYC USA.
I am new to portable amplification, so I would look for something small that has can connect to a mic and ipod. I am willing to spend 1 to 2 hundred.
